Terms of Service

Effective October 5, 2026

These Terms govern access to and use of Fuzify, including the Shopify app, Fuzify account service, and Fuzify WordPress plugin. By installing, subscribing to, connecting, or using Fuzify, you agree to these Terms.

The Fuzify service

Fuzify presents Shopify-backed commerce experiences in WordPress. Shopify remains the commerce system of record for products, inventory, checkout, payments, orders, taxes, shipping, and fulfillment. WordPress remains the merchant's website and content platform.

Fuzify is not a payment processor, marketplace, fulfillment provider, tax service, or replacement for Shopify or WordPress hosting.

Accounts and authority

You must have authority to use the Shopify store, WordPress site, and Fuzify account you connect. You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, protecting credentials, and limiting administrative access to authorized users.

Subscription, trial, and billing

Fuzify's public plan is offered through Shopify App Pricing at the price shown before approval. The current public offer is $14.99 per month or $149 per year with a 14-day free trial, unless Shopify displays a different approved price or promotional term when you subscribe.

Shopify processes subscription approval and billing. You can manage or cancel your Fuzify subscription through Shopify. Cancellation affects future Fuzify access and managed updates according to the billing period and status reported by Shopify; it does not delete your Shopify catalog or ordinary WordPress content.

Refund requests, if any, are handled in accordance with applicable law and the billing or refund mechanisms available through Shopify.

License and acceptable use

While your Fuzify access is active, Fuzify grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service and plugin for your connected business websites and stores in accordance with these Terms.

You may not use Fuzify to violate law, interfere with or defeat service security, misrepresent another business, abuse Shopify or WordPress APIs, distribute malware, or infringe the rights of others.

Your store and customer responsibilities

You remain responsible for your products, product claims, prices, content, policies, customer service, taxes, shipping, fulfillment, accessibility, and legal compliance. You are responsible for configuring Shopify and WordPress appropriately for your business and for maintaining customer-facing privacy notices, cookie or consent practices, and terms where required.

Fuzify does not independently verify the legality, accuracy, ownership, or suitability of the products or content you publish.

Third-party services

Fuzify depends on third-party platforms and infrastructure, including Shopify, WordPress, hosting providers, browsers, and internet services. Your use of those services is governed by their own agreements. Changes, outages, API limits, deprecations, or restrictions imposed by third parties may affect Fuzify.

Updates and service changes

Fuzify may provide fixes, security updates, compatibility updates, and feature changes. We may change or discontinue features when reasonably necessary for security, platform compatibility, legal compliance, reliability, or product development.

Availability and support

We aim to provide a reliable service, but Fuzify is provided over networks and platforms we do not fully control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Support requests may be submitted through the Fuzify contact page.

Intellectual property

Fuzify and its software, branding, documentation, interface, and related materials are owned by or licensed to Fuzify and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer Fuzify intellectual property to you. You retain ownership of your own website content, product data, and business materials.

Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fuzify is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty that the service will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or warranties that cannot legally be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fuzify will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to Fuzify.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fuzify's aggregate liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid for Fuzify during the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address security threats, fraud, abuse, nonpayment, legal requirements, or material violations of these Terms. You may stop using Fuzify at any time and can cancel a paid subscription through Shopify.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as Fuzify changes. Material updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
